Our college have hostel facilities with modern amenities. Each room has sufficient space and has an attached bath cum toilet.The rooms are fully furnished. There is also a separate wing for foreign students available with all required amenities of international standard, having additional facilities for cooking, washing etc.
Institute has spacious canteen, kitchen staff takes care to provide the students and staff a nutritious and hygienic food at our campus canteen. A variety hygienic food and snack items includes south and North Indian Meals, variety Rice, Chat, Chinese foods, fresh juices, fruits, Ice creams and other variety of menus. Excellent quality food hygienically prepared is provided in the mess. There are two mess-halls. There are also canteens/fast food outlets serving snacks and refreshments.
To facilities the students with easy access for stationary and other basic requirements shops are available in the campus. Facilities like groceries, fruits, stationary, Xerox,fruit salad, milk and all daily needs are available in shops.
Since the inception of SKNSCOE, students have been encouraged to participate in various indoor & outdoor sports activities throughout the year. Facilities such as Cricket Ground, Basketball court, Volleyball Court, Football Field, Table Tennis, Chess, Carom etc. are available for the students on campus. Our students have brought laurels by winning many intercollegiate sports tournament under the guidance of dedicated team of Physical Instructors. Annual indoor and outdoor activities / competitions within the university are also organized to provide strong platform to our students to showcase their sporting abilities.
Multi-gym facility is provided in the college campus with separate time slots for boys and girls. This gym is equipped with all modern gymnasium equipments.
Round the clock security in the campus is assured by the team of guards headed by Retd. Colonel and assisted by CCTV surveillance. Adequate number of guards have been deputed at the entrance, at the hostels and various locations. Outsiders are allowed to enter in the campus only after proper verification and entry in the register. Special attention has been paid to Girl's hostel security by round the clock presence of ladies wardens. Movement register is maintained to keep record of girl’s movements in and outside the hostel. Daily attendance record is maintained. While issuing night out permission, consent from parents is ensured. If a girl fails to report hostel, in stipulated time frame, parents are informed telephonically.
A notable feature of Institute is the specially architectured residential quarters, providing accommodation to Head of Institute, faculty members and other supporting staff members. This has been a strategic decision, planned to save the commuting time of the faculty members and also to ensure availability and accessibility for timely guidance and expertise. There are 3 blocks of 2 BHK flats for faculty members and separate block of 3 BHK for the head of the institute. For supporting staff, there are 2 blocks of 1BHK flats and 4 blocks of 1RK flats.
To maintain clean and hygienic environment in all the buildings, dedicated team of sweepers works continuously. Lady sweepers are assigned for cleaning of roads and other areas of landscaping. Daily monitoring of cleanliness in campus is ensured by the supervisors and in the form of written reports. Separate contractual assignment is made for pleasant gardening and landscaping.
Dispensary is located near the hostels wherein 24 hours availability of Doctor takes care of students’ health problem. In case of medical emergency, ambulance and estate office vehicles are made available. Medical store is also available in the campus.
